RETURN TIMEFRAME

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be in the same condition that you received it
Item must be unworn or unused
Item must have tags attached
Item must be in its original packaging
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return:

Contact us at dressncode5@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
Wait for our return authorization and instructions
Send your item to the return address we provide

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at dressncode5@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

REFUND PROCESSING

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Refunds do not include original shipping costs (except for defective/damaged items)
Standard returns are subject to a 7% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are refunded in full with no restocking fee.
