RETURN TIMEFRAME

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be unworn or unused
  • Item must have tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at dressncode5@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  4. Send your item to the return address we provide

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at dressncode5@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

REFUND PROCESSING

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order..
